Introduction

This is the perfect dessert when you can't trust yourself with a whole cake. This is the perfect dessert when you can't trust yourself with a whole cake.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 TB flour
    1 scoop protein powder
    1 TB cocoa
    1 TB Splenda (or your choice of sweetener)
    1 tsp instant coffee granules
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/4 cup light soymilk, vanilla
    splash vanilla extract


Directions

Combine and mix all ingredients in a large mug or bowl. Place in microwave and bake for 25 mins. You may have to bake up to 30 mins but do not overbake. I recommend checking after 20 mins.
