Ingredients

2 TBSP butter
1 medium onion
1/3 c green pepper chopped
1/3 c yellow pepper chopped
1/3 c red pepper chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (1 lb package ) Smoked Sausage cut into 1/4 in slices
2 cups chicken broth
2 tomatoes chopped/diced
1 c medium grain brown rice
1 TBSP cajun seasoning
Add Tabasco Brand geen pepper sauce
Directions
Melt butter in heavy saucepan over high heat, add vegetables and sauté for 5 minutes.
Add all other ingredients, mix well and bring to a boil. Lower heat, cover and simmer for 25 minutes until rice is cooked.
Remove from heat and allow to sit for 5 minutes before fluffing with fork. Add hot sauce to taste.
