Ingredients

    7 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    10 serving San Luis Sourdough Deli Bread Slice
    2 cup, diced Ham, extra lean, (5% fat)
    7 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw
    2 cup Cheese, Kraft Mexican Style Taco Cheese
    2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    2.5 cup Vitamin D Milk - 2%

Tips

check after 60 min and make sure egg is done.


Directions

spray 9x13 baking dish with Pam. Tear bread into bite size chunks and put at the bottom of pan. Saute mushrooms and bell pepper with pam. sprinkle mushrooms, scallions, bell pepper, ham, and cheese on top of bread. Mix milk and eggs well and pour on top of everything. bake in preheated oven *350 approx 1 hour or until done.
