Introduction

The real name should be "bar-b-qued tuna" but that sounds so odd (and icky) I left off the tuna part. When you cook the canned/packaged tuna w/ the sauteed onion and the bbq sauce you can't even guess its tuna! It tastes like BBQed chicken or beef! A co-worker gave me the recipe and I was stunned!!! Ingredients

    1 small onion, chopped
    3 oz. canned, very low sodium tuna
    2 tbs. bar-b-que sauce (your choice, you may have to adjust cals just a bit depending on the brand)

Directions

Makes 1 serving

Saute onion w/ non-stick spray until soft
Add tuna and saute until tuna is heated
Add barbeque sauce and mix well.

Enjoy! (Serve on your choice of healthy bread option for a great sandwich!)
