Ingredients
-
16 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast
10 tsp Hot Pepper Sauce
2 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted
Directions
1. cut chicken into small pieces, about the size of a boneless wing piece
2 Use one pat of butter to coat a large frying pan and cook chicken pieces until done, turning a few times to get some brown color on each piece.
3. Melt the second pat of butter in the bottom of a 9 x 9 metal or glass cake pan and set aside
4. Add Tabasco/pepper sauce to skillet and toss pieces until coated. Add sauce if needed, but be aware it will add sodium to your recipe
5. Place pieces in cake pan and pop into 350 oven for 15-20 minutes to let the sauce sink into the chicken. You can skip this step if you're in a hurry.
