1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
.25 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
.25 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain
.5 tsp Salt
.5 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Grate zucchini into a clean dish towel. Wring all excess water out.
Combine all ingredients and season w/ salt and pepper.
Fill each muffin section to top, pushing down w/spoon so it's nice an compacted
