Ingredients

    640 gram(s) Pork Loin Roast
    454 grams Onions, raw
    12 clove Garlic
    3 tbsp Canola Oil
    3 tbsp oyster sauce, golden mark
    485 grams Celery, raw
    404 grams Mushrooms, fresh
    538 grams Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    3 tbsp Soy Sauce
    3 1tsp Sesame Oil
    231.4 gram(s) Beans, Black Presidents Choice Blue Menu
    1.5 tsp Granulated Sugar
    6 Tbsp Water

Directions

Combine sesame oil, black beans, oyster sauce, soy sauce sugar and water in a blender and blend until beans are chopped up.
Thinly slice pork and finely chop garlic. Stir fry half the garlic in a tbsp canola until golden. Quickly stir fry hald the pork with the garlic until just browned and set aside. Do same with remaining garlic and pork in another table spoon of canola and again set aside. Chop all vegetables into bite sized chunks. Stir fry onion in the last table spoon of canola until softened and fried. Add mushroom and continue stir frying until mushrooms slightly softened. Add remaining vegetables and the pork and stirfry for about 2-3minutes. Add the bean sauce mixture and stir through the entire stir fry.
