    4 oz Cape Gourmet Wild Caught Cod Fillets
    .33 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    .25 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
    .5 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice
    1 tbsp chopped Onions, raw
    .5 tsp Paprika
    1 tbsp Cilantro, raw
    0.5 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas)

Directions

Cut up everything, mix with olive oil and lemon juice, put on cod, cook.
