Ingredients

    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    8 oz Fairlife Fat Free Milk (by REDACTIONS)
    1 serving Stevia in the Raw
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    .125 tsp Nutmeg, ground

Directions

Beat egg and milk together, add in stevia, vanilla extract, pinch of salt and nutmeg (or cinnamon). Stir well. Place 4 small ramekins in a deeper baking dish, spray with cooking spray. Divide mixture evenly among the ramekins. Fill baking dish with water, place in a 325 degree oven and bake for about 30 minutes, until a knife comes out clean, but moist.
