Introduction

Ingredients

    1 1tsp Coconut Oil
    1 small Onions, raw
    5 clove Garlic
    30 fl oz Chicken Broth
    3.5 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
    0.25 tsp Crushed Red Pepper (by BACORONA)
    0.5 cup Uncle Ben's Instant Whole Grain Brown Rice
    130 gram(s) Bush's Best Cannellini Beans - White Kidney Beans (1/2 cup, 130 grams, 3.5 servings per container)

Tips

can add 1 tbsp of grated parmesan to each serving if desired


Directions

saute onion & garlic in coconut oil till tender, add chicken broth, tomatoes, crushed red pepper & 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning - simmer for 15 mins. add 1/2 cup rice & simmer for 10 mins then add a bunch of escarole cut up & simmer for another 15 mins. Add the white beans simmer a few more minutes.
