Ingredients

    1 cup Half & Half Cream
    0.25 cup Flour
    2 lbs 93/7 Ground Beef
    1 bag (1 lb) Meijer Egg-Free Extra-Wide Noodle
    1 cup Milk, 1%
    1 tsp Pepper, black
    1.5 tsp Onion powder
    1.5 tsp Lawry’s Seasoned Salt
    .5 tsp Salt
    2 dash Pepper, black
    1 Tbsp Sugar
    1 tbsp Butter, unsalted
    2 cans Meijer French Cut Green Beans, no salt added

Tips

Can make beef and gravy and serve over mashed potatoes instead of noodles.

Add side of veggies or salad.


Directions

1) Mix green beans, .5 tsp salt, 2 dash pepper, butter, and sugar in small pot and cook till warm.
2) Brown ground beef with onion powder, 1 tsp pepper, and Lowry's seasoned salt (do not drain)
3) Cook and drain noodles while beef is browning
4) Coat beef with flour, stir till coated and fat is absorbed
5) Stir in cream and milk - bring to a boil until thickened
6) Stir in noodles and green beans (including juice)

Serving Size: makes about 8 1.5-cup servings
