Ingredients

    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    32 oz Venison Roast
    1 large (3-1/4" dia) (approx 2 p Apples, fresh with skin, cored and quartered
    1 small Onions, raw, sliced
    2 cloves Garlic, crushed


    Optional (not included in calorie count)
    1 cube beef bouillon
    1 cup boiling water

Directions

Spread olive oil on the inside of slow cooker. Place the venison roast inside and cover with apple, onion and garlic. Cook on low about 6 hours, until tender.
Optional: When roast is done, remove from slow cooker. Discard the apple. Stir the water and bouillon into the juice left in the slow cooker until dissolved and serve over roast.
