4 cup Broth, Vegetable Vegetarian 100% Fat Free; Swanson (by ATRUSPRIME)
.25 small (5-1/2" long) Carrots, raw
2 cup, chopped Swiss Chard
1 leek Leeks
.33 cup Bean, Adzuki (by AMP471A)
1 cup, cubes Sweet potato
6 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
4 oz Barilla Elbow Macaroni
1 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil
Tips
buying the beans in bulk is cheaper, just soak overnight and rinse before adding to soup to cook.
Directions
Melt coconut oil add carrots, leeks, sweet potatos and swiss chard, sautee, then add rest of ingredients and simmer on low about 45 mins, if you soaked the beans ahead of time. Or until beans are tender.
