    Spinach Pasta, cooked, 4 oz
    *Clams, canned, meat only, 1 cup reserve juice
    Clam juice from above
    I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread (Soft), 2T bsp
    *Soy Milk Plain Light, 1 cup
    Cornstarch, .25 cup
    Garlic, 2 cloves


Melt butter, add cornstarch to thicken. Slowly whisk in soy milk (or regular milk) and clam juice. Cook until thickened. Meanwhile cook pasta according to directions, drain. Pour Clam sauce over pasta. Goes great with a green salad and bread.
