Introduction

This smoothie is intended to be blended with a Vitamix or otherwise powerful blender to keep all the nutritional fiber. Feel free to substitute with whatever you like. I just wanted something that tasted good and was easy to prepare for the week. Ice can be added. Ingredients

    1 cup Spinach, fresh
    1 small (5-1/2" long) Carrots, raw
    1 serving Cuties California Clemintine Oranges (1 clemintine)
    .5 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened)
    .5 cup, unthawed Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened
    .5 serving greek god's greek yogurt traditional plain
    .5 serving Tropicana Orange Juice (8 oz)
    .3 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    .3 tbsp Honey
    1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh

Tips

This is just a bunch of things that I put together to make a healthy smoothie. Feel free to add less or more of anything you'd like.


Directions

Choose an afternoon to measure, cut and prepare all food items. Store in zip lock bags or air tight containers.

When you have all ingredients cut appropriately for blending, place all ingredients into blender and blend smooth.
