Ingredients

1 lb Ground Turkey
1 Onion, diced
4 Stalks Celery, cleaned and diced
2.5 cups Trader Joe's Steamed Lentils, 1 package
4 Large Carrots, diced
12 oz Earthbound Farm Power Blend (Spinach, Chard, Kale)
2 tsp Better Than Bouillon Chicken Base
2 cups Water
1 tbsp Garam Masala (mix of Cumin, Coriander, Cardamom, Fennel, Cinnamon, Pepper)
1 tsp Turmeric, optional
Additional seasonings to taste
Directions
Saute the turkey, onion, and celery about 10 minutes. Drain off any grease. Add the Lentils, carrots, power greens, and water with bouillon (or substitute chicken broth). Cook on low heat for 20 minutes. Add the seasonings and cook another 10 minutes or until vegetables are cooked.
