Ingredients

    mushrooms (portabella or your choice)
    1 jar of sliced tomatoes (or fresh)
    1 8 oz can tomato sauce no salt added (your choice)
    1 large onion
    garlic to your taste
    other herb seasonings to your taste

Directions

combine all ingredients in a deep sauce pan and simmer for at least 1-2 hours or longer.

    Very Good
    Did a similar recipe to this , but it also uses broth,honey, red/green peppers and balsamic vinegar. The broth was for frying to mushrooms,onion & garlic instead of oils or butter. Side salad with lettuce,tomato,avacado,cucumber,celery,das
    h of apple vinegar & lemon juice. Whole wheat pasta :)
