Ingredients

    16 oz Whitefish
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    5 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw
    45 grams Rice flour, white
    .75 cup Kroger Imitation Crabmeat
    6 oz Scallops, raw
    2 tsp Salt
    .5 tsp Pepper, black
    24 tbsp Evaporated Milk, Fat Free Milk Carnation
    6 oz Shrimp, cooked

Directions

Boil potatoes and onions in 4 cups water. Combine rice flour with 1/3 c water to thicken. Add seafood and milk.
