    0.25 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry
    .125 cup Bob's Red Mill Organic Whole Grain Quinoa (1/4 C dry = 1/2 C)
    2 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
    4 tsp Baking Powder
    2 tsp Baking Soda
    .25 tsp Salt
    35 gram(s) Magnum Quattro Protein Isolate soft serve vanilla flavor
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    .59 serving Kroger Greek Yogurt Vanilla
    .5 cup Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin Puree (by TEQUILAMY)
    3 serving Egg whites, Egg Beater Liquid Egg Whites
    1.5 serving Apple, Gala (medium)
    1 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened)

Tips

batter is green you can add something to add some flavor to these. Could also add more agave sweetener to make them sweeter.


Directions

blend chia seeds, quinoa, and dry steel cut oats until flour. Blend 2 cups old fashion oats into flour.
whisk together with rest of dry ingredients

blend together wet ingredients

blend all together and spray muffin tin papers with cooking spray, fill a bit over 3/4 full - bake 22-25 min or until done
