Ingredients

    16 oz Haddock (fish)
    3 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw
    .50 stick Butter, salted
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    16 tbsp Dairy, Milk, Low Fat, Sweentened Condensed, Canned, Eagle Brand (by SSHOLLAND)
    2 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A
    3 cup (8 fl oz) Water, bottled, perrier

Tips

This is just to save for my self when my Mom makes her fish chowder that I love and do not want to give up. She cut some fats out of it but cutting the butter in half, using only one can of canned evaporated milk and making it low fat, and using lower fat milk, she left out the bacon, and the corn. it cut the calories a great deal, actually in half. So, please DON'T use this recipe in case it's not correct. (unless you would like to)
