Ingredients

    7 cup Bush's blackeye peas with bacon and jalapeno
    2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 cup, diced Ham, extra lean, (5% fat)
    4 cup Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free
    1 tsp Tabasco Green Pepper Sauce
    7 cup Diced tomatoes, Kirkland Signature, 14.5 oz can
    1 cup Fresh green sweet pepper

Tips

Can be heated in the slow cooker 2-4 hours or on the stove top for 1 hour. Cooking time depends on cooking method. Cook until the vegetables are tender. Leftovers freeze well.


Directions

Place all ingredients in a slow cooker on high setting for 4 hours or place all ingredients in a dutch oven on the stove and cook until vegetables are tender.
