Introduction

Weekly low carb breakfast scramble. Weekly low carb breakfast scramble.

Ingredients

    215 gram Potatoes, Oreida Southern Style Diced Potatoes
    1 serving Silva Poblano & Queso Chicken Sausage
    56 gram Kirkland Mexican cheese
    1 tbsp Butter, salted
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    3 cup Baby Spinach (raw)
    3 tsp Garlic
    9 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 unit, cooked (yield from 1 lb Bacon, pork, microwaved
    1 fl oz Half and Half Cream

Directions

fry bacon, drain grease, set aside
fry potatoes, set aside
fry onions , butter, sausage, and garlic
stir in baby spinach add some white wine cover until spinach wilts
stir in bacon pieces and potatoes and a little more wine
cover until steamed,
whip eggs with half n half,
add eggs and cheese to other ingredients
cook to desired consistency
