Ingredients

    15 oz meat, beef chuck blade (pot) roast (by EXOTEC)
    0.25 tsp Salt, Sifto Table Salt (by FAREWELLBC)
    0.5 tsp Black Pepper, freshly ground (by MATMAN823)
    1 serving Garlic (fresh, raw, 1 clove) (by MYWALK4LIFE)
    0.25 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz)
    .5 cup Beef Broth - Swanson Low Sodium
    0.5 cup Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup
    .5 serving mushroom 1 cup sliced/pieces~70 gm raw (by SWDBSN)

Tips

Cook time is approximate depending on personal preference.


Directions

In a roasting pan, place roast sprinkle salt & pepper all over.
Add sliced onions, sliced mushrooms.
Mix beef broth & mushroom soup together and pour over roast.
Bake at 350 for 2-3 hours, depending on how you like your meat done.
