Introduction

Use this sauce on any meats, but especially pork. Use this sauce on any meats, but especially pork.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    3 tbsp Peanut Butter, smooth style, with salt
    1/4 cup Honey
    1/4 cup cup Soy Sauce
    1/4 cup Orange Juice
    1 tbsp lime juice
    2 garlic cloves
    1/2 tsp corriander
    1/2 tsp cumin
    2 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
    1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
    pepper to taste

Directions

Use marinade for pork roast (or other meat)...pour in sauce pan while meat is cooking. Add 1/4 - 1/2 cup water, bring to a boil and simmer until reduced and think.

Serving Size: 4 servings to spoon on pork roast slices
