Ingredients

    1.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    8.0 oz Silk cashew milk unsweetened
    1.75 cup Del Monte Canned Spinach
    1.75 cup Mother''s Maid canned carrots
    6.0 tsp superior touch vegetable base
    4.0 small Mushrooms, fresh

Directions

Boil vegetable base into water while preparing mushrooms. Cut 4 small white mushrooms into quarters. Open canned vegetables and drain, then add to broth with mushrooms. Dumplings: Mix 1.25 C of all purpose flour with .75 C of cashew milk. Mix well with a fork or your hands. Warning: sticky. Tear out parts of the dough and add to the soup. Bring everything to a boil. When the dumplings float to the top and have a chewy looking texture, but are still firm, your dumplings are done. Add garlic, salt, chili powder and sage to taste, and enjoy.
