Ingredients

    * *Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can
    * *Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup 1 can
    * *Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey, 8 oz
    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 0.75 breast, bone and skin removed
    * guerrero corn tortillas, 12 tortillas
    * *Green Chiles, 1 can
    * *Milk, 2%, 1 cup
    * *Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend, 2 cup
    * *Cumin seed, 1 tbsp
    * Chili powder, 1 tbsp

Directions

Mix all ingredients except tortillas and cheese together in a bowl. Tear or cut apart the tortillas and set aside. Place half the tortillas in a layer in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish, then place half the meat mixture on top, then half the cheese. Repeat with the rest of the ingredients. Cover with foil and place in a 425 degree oven for 35 minutes. Uncover the dish and bake for another 10 minutes. Serve with sour cream, salsa, lettuce, tomatoes, and/or olives.
