    2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1.25 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    1.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    130 gram Potatoes, Oreida Southern Style Diced Potatoes
    3.5 serving Silva Poblano & Queso Chicken Sausage
    4.5 cup Rainbow Chard - Raw - Fresh (chopped) (by EBL1112)
    56 gram Kirkland Mexican cheese
    6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2 tsp Garlic

Directions

Add Olive oil to pan and heat
fry onions,mushrooms, potatoes, sausage, and garlic
stir in rainbow chard add some white wine and cover until chard wilts
whip eggs,
add eggs and cheese to other ingredients
cook to desired consistency
