Ingredients

All purpose Flour ( Compliments) per 60 g / 1/2 cup
Multigrain Flour ( Robin Hood) 60 g, 6tbsp ( 1/2 cup)
Cranberry cocktail, Life low calorie ( per 1 cup /250 ml), 1/4 cup
Sunpac reconstituted Lemon juice 2 tsp/10ml
Water, tap, 1/4 cup
Baking Powder, 1.5 tsp
*Carnation Malted Milk Powder, 3 tbsp /45ml
*Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 teaspoons
Granulated Sugar, 4 tsp
Wheat germ, crude. 1 teaspoon
*Canola Oil, 4 tbsp / 60 ml
Directions
Preheat oven 425 F or 220 C
Spray baking sheet
Mix all wet ingreidients together,
Stir together all dry ingriedients and make a well in centre. Pour wet ingredients into dry and stir with wooden spoon till just moistened, turn out on to floured surface and pat gently.
Cut out 10 scones with cutter and bake 12 min till golden.
Serving suggestion: Jam and cool whip or Vanilla fat free yoghurt ( not added in nutritional info)
If you would like to add Dried cranberries, chops them first and add to dry ingredients. ( not included in nutritional info on this recipe)
