    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 can campbells fat free cream of broccoli soup
    2 cups whole wheat penne pastas (any type of pasta is fine)
    1 package frozen broccoli

Directions

brown meat
boil pasta
cook broccoli

when everything is cooked, combine it into a casserole dish and mix in the soup, bake at 350 for 30 minutes
