Introduction
This hot latte is very very good for you with two great fats added to give it a yummy taste. Coconut oil is great for the Endocrinol system. Enjoy! Ingredients

2 Tbs Pure Pumpkin
1 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice
On plan Sweetener (2 packets of Truvia is what I used)
1/2 scoop Whey Protein
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
1 tbsp Butter
8 fl oz Coffee
Tips
Melt the butter and coconut oil first in case your coffee isn't hot enough
Directions
Mix the all ingredients into the coffee except the protein powder, once all mixed and fats melted pour in the protein powder, I put mine in a blender for the froth! Yum.
