Ingredients

2 cups strawberries (diced)
2 kiwi fruit (skinned and diced)
1 pineapple (or 3/4 can- diced)
2 peaches (or 3/4 can- diced)
1.5 tsp lime juice (to taste)
1.5 tsp sugar (to cut acidity down)
Directions
Dice and drain all fruit
Mix together
Add lime juice (try 1 tsp at a time and taste)
Add sugar (note- if using splenda- go easy on the lime or lime will overpower salsa).

Makes 12-15 servings (1/4th cup to 1/2 cup each)

I made this for a 4th of July pool party potluck, and it was a huge hit! Two other people brought salsas (but not fruit salsas), and only mine was completely gone by the end of the party. I made the Cinnamon Tortilla Chips, too, and many people commented how perfect they go together. Love it! - 7/5/13
