Ingredients

    2 tbsp Butter, salted
    8 oz Gruyere Cheese
    0.50 tsp Pepper, black
    2 tbsp Olive Oil
    8 serving Panera Bread French (baguette, miche)
    4 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
    8 cup Pacific Natural Foods Organic Beef Broth, 1 cup
    2.50 tsp Kosher Salt
    0.50 cup Brandy
    1360 gram(s) Chopped Yellow Onion
    1 tsp Thyme, fresh

Prep is easy. Wait time is long. Do overnight


Directions

slice onions into a slow cookers and add olive oil, butter, salt, pepper. cover and cook 10 hours on low. add broth, vinegar and thyme, cover and cook 6 hours on low. add baguette, gruyere and bake at 350 for 25 minutes. broil 2 min. Serve!!
