Ingredients

    chopped Cabbage, red, fresh
    quartered or chopped Apple, fresh with skin
    shredded carrots
    Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins)
    diced Celery, raw
    Apple Cider Vinegar
    Organic Honey Mustard, 1 tsp


Directions

Mix in whatever proportions you wish- Enjoy

Serving Size: 1/2 head of cabbage with added ingredients makes a HUGE bowl- Enough for at least 16 servings

  • Not going to rate it yet. This is a great find for eating to reduce cholesterol. I need to tweek the mustard. I used mustard powder and honey and found it spicy. - 10/27/16
