Ingredients

    0.33 cup Baking Mix GF, Pamelas (by BONNIEMCDERMOTT)
    2 tsp Bacon grease
    2 cup Lactaid 2% Milk

Tips

Can add crumbled sausage or bacon if desired.


Directions

Heat bacon grease in a big skillet, whisk in flour and salt and pepper to taste. Allow to cook until golden and bubbly, slowly add milk whisking the whole time. Cook until thickened and bubbly. Serve with GF biscuits or GF baked "fried" chicken.
