Delicious, healthful smoothie with no added sugar! Delicious, healthful smoothie with no added sugar!
Number of Servings: 2


    1 Banana
    1 cup Frozen Strawberries
    1 cup Frozen Pineapple Chunks
    1 Orange
    1 1/2 cups Water


Squeeze Orange for juice. Put all ingredients into a blender or juicer, including fresh Orange juice and Water. Puree, Serve! Makes 2 servings.
