Ingredients

1 piece Whole grain/low carb wrap bread
2 pieces Ultra thin Swiss or provolone cheese (or 1/4 cup shredded)
3 oz Chicken breast (cooked and shredded)
2 oz Thinly sliced ham (or turkey)

Directions

Warm a medium skillet over medium heat, and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Layer everything on ½ of the tortilla, fold the tortilla in half, and place on warmed skillet.
