Introduction

A tasty treat for the hot summer heat!
My smaller alternative to one of my favorite treats...Trader Joe's Carribean Fruit Floes! A smaller treat for a quick snack and about 1/4 the calories!

My smaller alternative to one of my favorite treats...Trader Joe's Carribean Fruit Floes! A smaller treat for a quick snack and about 1/4 the calories!

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1-2 mangos sliced
    1/2 cup pineapple (fresh or canned)
    1/2 cup peaches (fresh, frozen, or canned)
    1/4 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
    1/2 cup ice (crushed or cubed)
    1 tbsp. Splenda

Directions

place all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth. Place in popcicle mold. Freeze for atleast 4 hours or overnight if possible. Yields between 12-16 pops, depending on the size of the mold.
