Ingredients

    3 lbs. Pork Country-style ribs
    1 tbsp. Salt
    1 tbsp. Pepper
    1 tbsp. Garlic Powder
    1 tbsp. Onion Powder
20 oz. bottle Coke or Pepsi
    2 cups Ketchup, Heinz
    1/2 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    1 tbsp. Worchestershire Sauce
    4 tsp. Dry Ground Mustard
    1/8 tsp. Chili powder
4 tbsp. Corn Starch (mixed w/ 1/4 cup cold water)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9x13 baking sheet with tin foil. Place ribs on foil and sprinkle with the salt, pepper, onion/garlic powder on both sides. Bake ribs for 40 min. While ribs are baking prepare sauce. In a medium sauce pan combine coke/pepsi, ketchup, brown sugar, worchestershire sauce, ground mustard, and chili powder. Bring sauce to a simmer over medium heat for 20 min. Once the sauce starts to bubble; whisk the cornstarch water mixture into sauce to thicken. Once ribs are baked, transfer them to a large crock pot, and cover with the sauce. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
