Ingredients

    1.0 tbsp Curry powder
    206.0 Grams Onions, raw
    320.0 Grams Zucchini
    0.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    26.0 oz *Chicken Breast (raw, boneless, skinless)
    6.22 cup Stir Fry Veggies - Broccoli, grn/red peps, carrots, zucchini, onion squash
    0.88 cup Tomato Sauce
    1.0 tbsp Vinegar - Natural Rice Vinegar (Nakano)
    3.0 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar

Directions

Cube chicken breast and season with curry powder to taste (extra thick coating is great). In large pot heat Olive oil and brown chicken in it. Dissolve 1/2 bullion cube into mixture. On high heat add 2 bags stir-fry veggies and cook until hot. Taste and season with curry powder to taste. Serving Size: Serves 4 (approx. 3 cup Servings)
