Ingredients

    1 1tsp Coconut Oil
    1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    0.30 tbsp Honey
    1 cup Dole Frozen Fruit (Sliced Strawberries, Pineapples, Peaches, and Mango)
    1 serving Chobani Simply 100
    5 fl oz Apple juice, unsweetened
    5 fl oz Water, tap

Tips

This works really well in a Nutri Ninja style blender. Use local honey and extra virgin coconut oil for the best benefit. You can leave out the honey and the coconut oil to save calories. I leave them both in for other health benefits.


Directions

Throw everything together into a blender and blend until smooth.
