Introduction

Ingredients

    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw (beaten)
    2 tbsp. serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
    1 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil
    2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1.5 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
    1 tbsp. water
    1/2 tsp baking powder

Directions

add all the ingredients in a microwave safe coffee mug. Mix well. Cook in microwave for 1 minute. Enjoy!

NOTE: coconut oil does not have to be in it's liquid state.
