Ingredients

    Dough:
    4.5 cup all purpose flour
    4.5 tbsp canola oil
    2 tsp yeast
    1.5 cup water

    Toppings:
    1.0 cup pizza sauce
    1-1/2 lbs shredded mozzarella cheese
    5 oz pepperoni slices
    3/4 ground italian pork sausage (browned)
    8 oz fresh sliced mushrooms
    1/2 cup diced ham

Directions

Mix ingredients for dough. Knead until smooth. Grease bowl, place dough inside. Cover and let rise in a warm location for 2 to 4 hours. Do not preheat oven. Grease perforated 15" pizza pan and stretch dough across it. Cover with sauce and other toppings. Bake at 500° for approximately 23-25 minutes.
