Ingredients

    16 oz Shrimp, raw
    .5 tsp creole seasoning (by DASHALE)
    .25 tsp Pepper, black
    .5 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    4 serving garlic clove, raw (by RBOURGETGRAS)
    2 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw
    1 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream
    2 tbsp Parsley
    9 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice
    16 oz Barilla Rigatoni Pasta
    1 oz Parmesan Cheese, grated

Directions

1. Sprinkle shrimp with creole seasoning (I used Old Bay and Cajun).
2. Saute the onions and garlic in a hot skillet until fragrant.
3. Add shrimp and cook until pink and curled - about three minutes.
4. Stir in the whipping cream and cook until dished is warmed, stirring frequently. If you want, add fresh Parmesan or Asiago to thicken sauce a bit.
5. Mix in the parsley and lemon juice just before serving.
