Ingredients

    2.0 tsp Garlic powder
    1.0 tsp Onion powder
    1.0 tsp Oregano, ground
    1.0 tbsp Parsley, dried
    1.0 tsp Pepper, black
    1.0 tsp Thyme, ground
    1.0 tsp Turmeric, ground
    2.0 tsp Salt
    8.0 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh
    2.0 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    1.0 cup, diced Celery, raw
    3.0 tsp Garlic
    2.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1.0 cup, chopped Scallions, raw
    2.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    3.0 serving Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano
    2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    4.0 tbsp Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar
    8.0 cup vegetable broth(Field Day Organic)
    6.0 tsp Bragg liquid aminos
    1.25 cup R W Knudsen low sodium very veggie juice

Directions

Heat oil in large pot. Add onions, scallions, carrots, celery, green pepper, cabbage, mushrooms, and garlic. Saute 5 minutes or so, add tomatoes, broth, water, apple cider vinegar, liquid aminos, and all the seasonings. Bring to a boil and let cook until,veggies are tender. Readjust seasonings as desired. Serving Size: Makes about 32 1cup servings
