Ingredients

    400 gram(s) asda celeriac (by ROSE-MARY)
    1 large Onions, raw
    4 cup Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free

Directions

Chop peeled celeriac and peeled onion into large pieces. Bring vegetables and broth to a boil. Turn down to simmer for about 30 minutes. Blend with a stick blender. Salt and pepper to taste.
