Ingredients

    1 cup Spinach, fresh
    4 clove Garlic
    1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Tips

You can sprinkle some lemon juice on when finished cooking but taste great without it.


Directions

Slice garlic cloves and add to oil, saute for 2 mintues. Add spinach, cook covered for 2 minutes. Remove lid and cook for 1 minute. Remove to plate and add parmesan cheese to the top.
