Ingredients

1 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry
2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
.5 cup Silk Pure Almond Light Vanilla

Tips

Fruit and nuts can be added before cooking overnight for a delicious robust bowl of oatmeal ready to go in the morning.

Directions

Grease a glass quart bowl. Add oats, water, and light almond milk. Place bowl in crock pot, than add water into the crock pot around the outside of the bowl just to 1-2 inches below the rim of the quart bowl - this creates a smaller cooking pot and the oatmeal won't dry out while cooking overnight. Cook on low for 7-9 hours.
