Ingredients

2 envelopes of the Knox unflavored gelatin
1 cup cold water
1 cup boiling water
1 tub of your favorite crystal light flavor
fat free cool whip topping, 8 tbsp
Directions
1. Pour the 2 envelopes of the Knox gelatin in a bowl and let sit for 3 minutes. 2. Stir until disolved.
3. Stir in the boiling water.
4. Add the tub of Cystal Light and stir until disolved.
5. Pour mixture into an 8x8 glass dish and let it cool for 15 minutes.
6. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 5 hours or until firm.
7. Cut into 1 inch cubes and divide the cubes between 4 dessert dishes. Top each dishes with 2 tbsp of cool whip. Serve immediately.
8. If not serving immediately, keep the glass dish covered up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
