I loved the recipe. Of course easy substitution was to use 1% (which I used) or nonfat milk. Will make again maybe with sweet potatoes? - 1/2/12

My friend gave me pretty much the same recipe, except that you mix in a tub of cool whip. It was delish! - 11/9/10

I made this this weekend, and it warms the cockles of my heart knowing I'm eating mostly pumpkin which is incredibly good for you, AND that something this healthy could taste so decadent... I think it tastes heavenly. A little squirt from a can of Rediwhip, and voila! Perfect dessert or snack. - 2/1/10

In a word, YUMMY. My husband had asked that I make him a cheesecake on which he could put pie filling. Doing such a thing is a real temptation to me. So I made this first, for myself, and now I have something good and healthy to eat myself. - 9/13/09
