I loved the recipe. Of course easy substitution was to use 1% (which I used) or nonfat milk. Will make again maybe with sweet potatoes?
I added splenda to make it sweeter. I think next time I make it I will layer it in dessert dishes with fat free whipped cream. It's very good!
